Flow Rack, T-Slot, Casters

Description:

This product is a configurable flow rack built of of 1.5" X 1.5" clear anodized aluminum T-Slot framing. The depth, width, height, shelf angle, numbers of shelves, and numbers of rows per shelf are all adjustable parameters. Comes with all hardware and locking casters (300 lb load capacity per wheel).

Notes:

• After you Input the desired QTY of shelves and QTY of rows per shelf. Their positions will be evenly split between the available range.
• The "angle of decline" for all shelves is determined by your lowest shelf infeed and pick-up heights.

Approval Package:

This package includes everything you need to view and approve your custom product. It contains a 3D model (STEP), and full scale 2D files of three primary view angles (DXF).

Design Package:

This package includes everything you need to source and fabricate your custom product independently. It contains 3D and 2D fabrication files for all parts, detail part and assembly drawings with dimensions and tolerances, and a complete bill of materials.
